I do not see \”move to marker\” in the options list. My new Logic Pro Book is out! I use this feature to toggle around projects.

I also made my own shortcut button the will play where the looper is set when you hit \”1\” regardless if the looper is engaged. You can also still change individual options from the default for any project. Not having the toolbar be a global option as in not changeable between project is a nice feature because different types of projects can have different work flows. I highly recommend that for any of the toolbar buttons and any function really you use a lot to learn the приведу ссылку commands for that button.
