Thanks for your feedback. First I want to mention that I have taken into consideration the part of the \”bit-ness\”, which has to be the same as the version of the Office that I have. Second, when I try, there is indeed an error message that pops up, which I will attach below. However, I have not stopped there. I have tried, and I keep trying, to do something by following the tips and steps provided at Go online for additional help , but probably I am missing something since I have not resolved the issue yet.

The message says that you have a traditional MSI Windows Installer type of installation as opposed to the newer click-to-run virtual type of Office installation and that there is a conflict when you are trying to install the language pack. Since Office Professional Plus is a volume license, you probably need to go to the Volume Licensing site to get the correct language pack. Note that if you have purchased Office Professional Plus as a consumer, you may have been scammed, because that version is for corporations.
